Time alone didn’t heal me.

Healing required surrender.
It required letting go of the fantasy.
It required revoking emotional access.

As an empath, I had to learn that wisdom + empathy is power.
You can care deeply without giving everyone access to your heart, your time, your energy, or your calling.

This is about:
