Construction is in full swing at Polaris Forge 2, Applied Digital’s newest AI campus in Harwood, North Dakota.
Building 1 (150 MW Critical IT): Deep foundation systems and piling work continue across the site. Concrete pours for pile caps and grade beams began in mid-November, keeping the project on track to begin standing the precast structure in December.
This 150 MW development is part of a recently signed 200 MW lease with a U.S.-based, investment-grade hyperscaler, representing a major milestone in Applied Digital’s continued expansion of large-scale AI infrastructure.
Polaris Forge 2 marks the beginning of a new chapter in our AI Factory platform. The foundations being set today will support future innovation, delivered through disciplined execution, purpose-built design, and teams committed to building what comes next.
