Showing you the foods I bring with me while traveling. This video is more about air travel, but can be applied to road/train trips as well. Make your best guess at what you think the calories and macros are in the meals you're eating, calculate what you need to add to make that meal fit your scheduled diet, and then add the correct amounts of these foods to make everything line up.
Shown here: protein powder (both large container and packets), beef jerky, dried fruit, nuts, protein bars, rice cakes, shaker bottle and water bottle.
