One-Arm Routine for Shoulders and Arms

When recovering from a partial shoulder replacement surgery, I'm using this routine once a week to train shoulders and arms. Legs and chest/back are trained in the gym on separate days.
The number of sets/reps are up to you, but here's what I'm doing:
curls - 5x10-15
hammer curls - 3x10-15
side raises - 5x10-15
front raises - 3x15-20
kickbacks - 4x10-15
rear delt flyes - 3x10-15
forearms pronated - 2x10-15
forearms supinated - 2x10-15
