The Community of Marite, outside Hazyview in Mpumalanga, has taken it upon themselves to fight crime in the area.
That's after several criminal activities were reported in the area, including on the R40 road, which links Mpumalanga and Limpopo.
Community members started an initiative to patrol the area.
Marite is known as one of the most dangerous places in the province.
