Amos and Zenzele Coka will be laid to rest at Pampoenkraal outside Mkhondo, in Mpumalanga this morning.
The brothers were allegedly shot and killed by farmers last week.
Their murder caused an outcry over social media.
The four farmers appeared in the Piet Retief Magistrate's court on Monday. They are remanded in custody.
SABC News reporter Tumelo Machogo is at the funeral.
