This MicroSesh workout is inspired by the Hero workout "Murph" and can be scaled in so many ways for anybody to get a stellar workout. If you have more time then you can choose to pursue a greater number of rounds, but even 3-5 will deliver a solid workout experience; crushing the threshold of adaptation in many ways. The Mountain Climbers serve to replace the traditional Run that is a part of the named workout and adding in a weight vest or ruck pack increases the load and intensity!
3 - 20 Rounds:
-30 Mountain Climbers
-5 Pull Ups
-10 Push Ups
-15 Squats
-30 Mountain Climbers
The FITimalist used a Condor Plate Carrier with 20# Weight Plates and Monkii Bars 2
