This 15 minute slow flow yoga is beginner friendly. This is a great practice of you have low back pain and/or tight hamstrings.
No props are necessary, but feel free to use them if you want. A strap might come in handy, but you can always use a belt or whatever else you have on hand.
We start with childs pose and move into seated forward fold. Side angle forward fold followed by seated twist.
Then we take it onto our backs for a hamstring stretch, happy baby, ending with savasana.
