Ingredients:
200 gr cake flour (you can also use all purpose flour)
200 gr butter at room temperature
200 gr granulated sugar
4 eggs at room temperature
1 tablespoon baking powder
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
65 gr raisins
Zest of 1 orange
1/4 teaspoon Salt  (omit if you are using salted butter)
Food colouring of choice

Bake in a 160°C preheated oven.
