Welcome to your 5-day morning yoga challenge! We'll focus on stretching, activating our major muscle groups, releasing tension, and boosting our mood. You'll be surprised how as little as 5 minutes of mindful morning movement can make a difference in your day.

THE CLASS FORMAT:
Each yoga class in this 5-day morning yoga challenge follows the same format:
10 seconds pose demo followed by 30 seconds yoga pose hold or flow.
no music and almost no talking. You'll hear the name of the pose, and a Himalayan bowl sound that will guide you when to get into and out of each pose.
visual guidance. There's a timer in the upper right corner to time each yoga movement and a little preview of what's coming next.
We don't have to flow at the same speed. Find a convenient pace and focus on slow controlled movements.
You need to be familiar with most yoga poses and alignment since I'm not giving any alignment cues in this video.
