Hi Ky, Why did you want to get EMSculpt NEO? I decided to get EMSculpt NEO as an assist in building those areas that I already work on in the gym. EMSculpt NEO is like getting the cherry on top of a well-crafted sundae!


Why did you choose this procedure over others that are available? What areas did you choose to treat? I treated my Glutes and Abs. It was the least invasive treatment with no downtime and it was easy to work into my very busy schedule.

How many treatments have you had so far? Can you explain what the treatments feel like? So far I've had four sessions of EMSculpt NEO. It feels like a very strong contraction of that muscle group, kind of like squeezing as tight as you can repeatedly. Just like a contraction during an intense workout.

Is there any discomfort during the treatment? What about afterwards? EMSculpt NEO delivers an intense and somewhat unusual feeling and the treatments get easier each time. There's no discomfort afterwards and it just feels like you've done a really tough workout.

How much time did you wait in between each treatment? Were you able to work out? I waited five days between my treatments and sometimes even worked out the same day.


Have you experienced any downtime after the treatments? There is no downtime with EMSCULPT NEO and there are no limitations either. You'll be able to return to normal activities right after treatments

Describe the results you've seen with the treatment. How soon after the first one did you start to see results? I saw and felt clear results immediately after treatment and continued to get stronger in the weeks that followed.


Did you do anything before the treatment to prepare for it? I drank a lot of water before and after each treatment. It's recommended to drink half your body weight in ounces in the days leading up to your treatment.

What types of changes to your body have you noticed since doing EMSculpt NEO? When I treated my Abs my Core was definitely stronger and following treatment of my Glutes the muscles sit higher and are way more pronounced.
