I welcome you all to the "Yogsamriddhi" YouTube family!
Here, we teach many simple asanas, which you can perform within the comfort of your home, where it doesn't matter how much your age is, or your fitness or flexibility.
Few pointers:-
1. Always use a yoga mat or a simple carpet would also work.
2. Always remember to do yoga on an empty stomach.
3. In case you have consumed any fruits, a 2 hours break would be sufficient.
4. Wear loose fitting clothes.
