🍰 EGGLESS STRAWBERRY TRES LECHES CAKE (6-INCH | SUPER MOIST!)
This soft, juicy Eggless Tres Leches Cake with Strawberry Filling is incredibly moist, light, and perfect for small celebrations or weekend treats! The sponge soaks up a rich 3-milk mixture and is layered with a fresh strawberry filling, then finished with fluffy whipped cream.

🍰 Pan Size & Servings
✔️ 6-inch round pan (2–3 inches deep)
✔️ Serves 6–8 slices
🧁 Eggless Vanilla Sponge
Dry Ingredients
• 1 cup all-purpose flour
• ½ cup sugar
• 1 tsp baking powder
• ½ tsp baking soda
• Pinch of salt
Wet Ingredients
• ½ cup milk (room temperature)
• ¼ cup oil
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 1 tbsp vinegar or lemon juice
Method
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 170°C / 340°F
2️⃣ Grease & line a 6-inch pan
3️⃣ Mix all dry ingredients in one bowl
4️⃣ Mix all wet ingredients in another bowl
5️⃣ Combine wet + dry gently (do not overmix)
6️⃣ Pour into pan and bake 30–35 minutes
7️⃣ Cool completely, then slice cake into 2 layers
🥛 Tres Leches Milk Soak
• ½ cup whole milk
• ¼ cup heavy cream
• ¼ cup condensed milk
👉 Mix all three together
👉 Poke holes all over both cake layers
👉 Slowly pour milk mixture over cake
(Allow it to fully absorb before assembling)
🍓 Strawberry Filling
• 1 cup chopped strawberries (fresh or frozen)
• 2 tbsp sugar
• 1 tsp lemon juice
• 1 tsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water
Method
1️⃣ Cook strawberries, sugar & lemon until soft
2️⃣ Add cornstarch slurry
3️⃣ Simmer until thick & jammy
4️⃣ Cool completely
🍦 Whipped Cream Frosting
• 1 cup heavy whipping cream (cold)
• 2 tbsp powdered sugar
• ½ tsp vanilla
👉 Whip until stiff peaks form
🎂 Assembly
1️⃣ Place soaked bottom cake layer
2️⃣ Spread strawberry filling
3️⃣ Add soaked top layer
4️⃣ Frost top & sides with whipped cream
5️⃣ Garnish with:
• Fresh strawberries
• Crushed nuts
• Optional drizzle of condensed milk
🧊 Resting Time (Important!)
Refrigerate for at least 4–6 hours (overnight is best!)
