How to Do Hanumanasana
Start in a low lunge position with the right foot forward.
Slowly slide the front foot forward and the back knee backwards.
Keep hips squared and spine upright.
Place hands on the floor or blocks for support.
Breathe deeply and hold the pose comfortably.
To come out, press the hands down and return to a lunge.
Repeat on the other side.
👉 Always warm up well before practising this pose.
