The Aktiv Solutions Straps offer some unique features that I haven't seen on other suspension training straps.

1. Single or dual anchor capabilities
2. Detachable/Interchangeable handles and grips
3. Adjustable foot cradle

Single / Dual Anchor
=====

You can hang the Aktiv Straps through one anchor (like most suspension trainers) or you can use them independently with dual anchors.

A dual anchor gives you more flexibility to do gymnastic rings like exercises since both straps can move independently.

Detachable/Interchangeable Handles
=====

The detachable handles open up so many possibilities for exercises.

You use the Aktiv Grips (handles) independently on other pieces of equipment around your home gym.

You can strap them around a pull up bar and use as rotating pull up handles.

Attach them to a cable pulley system...

Or even add them to resistance bands so you have better control.

With interchangeable grips, you can add accessories to the straps for different exercises.

Accessories are sold separately.

Aktiv Barre

The Aktiv Barre is a straight bar that can be used with the dual anchor Aktiv STRAPS.

This attachment provides dual or single arm stability with effective grip for an endless array of push, pull, and stabilizing movements.

Think of exercises like push ups, inverted rows, one arm rows, roll outs, etc.

The bar shown on the video is not the actual bar from Aktiv Solutions.

I just had a bar that fit the carabiners.

It is shown just to give you an idea of what it would look like on the Aktiv Straps.

Aktiv Sling
=====

The Aktiv Sling lets you do a variety of movements and exercises including stretching, core stability, and inversion.

The Aktiv Sling supports your hips, lower back, legs, or feet, for a number of modified or challenging exercises.

Clip each end of the Sling to the Aktiv Straps, adjust Straps to the desired length, and get to work.
