Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp heaped
Curd 200g whisked
salt to taste
For homemade masala
Coriander seeds 1 tsp
Cumin 1 tsp
Peppercorns 1/2 tsp
Cinnamon 1
Green cardamom 3
kashmiri chilli whole 3
Onion 1 small
Other ingredients
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
Degi mirch powder 1 tsp
Garam masala powder 1/2 tsp
Black cardamom 1
green cardamom 3
cinnamon 1
Handful fresh coriander & mint
Green chilli 5-6
