Is recipe mein hum bana rahe hain thick aur masaledar gravy wala Punjabi Chicken Masala, jo properly bhuna hua hai aur jisme beautiful oil separation milega.Iska secret hai onions aur masalon ko patiently roast karna, taaki gravy ka texture rich aur deep ho.Isse roti, naan ya jeera rice ke saath serve karein aur enjoy karein real dhaba style taste ghar par.

Ingredients for marination-
chicken 500g
Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Kashmiri chilli powder 1/4 tsp
salt to taste
oil 1 tsp
For cooking-
Oil 4 tbsp
Desi ghee 1 tbsp
onion 3 medium size
ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
kashmiri mirch powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder 1.5 tsp
Tomato puree(readymade) or 5 tbsp grind 3 fresh tomatoes
Salt to taste
Water 200 ml
Ingredients for Punjabi garam masala
Coriander seeds 1 tbsp
cumin 1 tsp
peppercorns 1/2 tsp
green cardamom 3
clove 3
kasuri methi 1 tsp
Fresh coriander & green chilli
