Welcome to Week 4 of the practice. In this sequence we revisit some of the standing asanas we learnt during the last few weeks. In addition we will also be working towards Sarvangasana which is an important inversion. We will not be doing the full asana but an intermediate stage of Eka Pada Sarvangasana to better understand the way to lift the body in an inverted position.
The sequence of the asanas:
1. Samasthiti
2. Urdhva Baddhanguliyasana
3. Utthita Trikonasana
4. Virabhadrasana II
5. Utthita Parsvakonasana
6. Vimanasana
7. Virabhadrasana I
8. Utkatasana
9. Parsvottanasana head down, hands down
10. Uttanasana
11. Ardha Halasana
12. Eka Pada Sarvangasana from Ardha Halasana
13. Paschimottanasana
14. Setu Bandha Sarvangasana
15. Savasana
