Dibba Rotti is a unique and tasty breakfast recipe of Andhra Pradesh. It is prepared using white lentils (urad dal) and "rice rava" batter. This batter is not fermented but mixed with few spices like ginger, green chilly. The Dibba rotti is prepared slightly thicker than normal dosa and cooked till crisp. DELICIOUS!!

Ingredients:
White lentils - 1 cup
Rice rava - 2 cups
Green chilly chopped - 3 nos.
Ginger - 3" piece
Cumin seeds - 1 tsp
Curry leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves chopped - 2 tbsp
Salt - 1.5 tsp
Oil enough to cook.
Makes 10-12 nos.
