Описание: 5 months ago, patient fell in the snow which steadily resulted in frozen shoulder a.k.a adhesive capsulitis. Patient is unable to raise shoulder beyond 45 degree flexion and 80 degree shoulder abduction where a simple task of shaking hands is difficult.

Thorough Structural Test reveals several abnormalities starting with the Base Posterior Sacrum, 6th Dorsal Vertebra, 5th Cervical Vertebra, right superior AC joint, and right superior lateral scapula.
