Philly Marathon Runner with Running Injuries, Achilles Pain, X-Ray Analysis - Dr Suh Chiropractic

Описание: Philly Marathon Runner with running injures complaining of left Achilles Pain while running for 1 mile, and shoulder pain while doing bench presses, push ups, and overheads.

Thorough Structural Test and Gonstead X-Ray Analysis reveals unilateral right 5th Lumbar Vertebra pars fracture / spondyolithesis, 5th Dorsal Vertebra for shoulder pain, and posterior superior medial calcaneus for the Achilles pain. Foot analysis and x-ray analysis reveals pes planus or flat feet resulting from collapsed medial arch, transverse arch, and lateral arch. Hammer toes resulting from collapsed transverse arch. Shoe wear patterns analysis reveals some supination of the feet but mostly overpronation of the feet including excessive wear at ball of the foot due to pes planus | flat feet and overpronation. Patient was given advice to change orthotics and shoes every 500 miles or once a year, which ever come first.
