A full day of eating from 6 am to 9 at night. As somebody who hits the gym consistently, and likes to eat clean. this video shall give you insight on what choices you could make and perhaps, this might help you.
I do not track my calories, but i do eat as much as I think my body needs. Naturally, I am never stuffing myself, but I am not keeping myself hungry either. The intention is to have clean home made food that will fuel me.
Food is not being looked at as a source of dopamine, but as fuel to serve our goals.
