This recipe needs to be out there. This Oatmeal, made at home, is perfect for bulking, for protein, and fills you up. I always carry it along when I am on a road trip and it even makes for amazing dessert.
1.5 Cups Water
1 Cup Oats
1 Cup Milk
3 Tb. Spoons Peanut Butter
3 Tb. Spoons Shakkar (Jaggery Powder)
Pinch of Salt
When done, top it up with Bananas, Grapes, Pomegranate, Almonds and Cashews and Seeds.
