In this video, I am sharing Methi Gajar Ki Sabzi Recipe which is a winter special Indian vegetable recipe. This sabzi is rich in fiber, vitamin A and iron, making it perfect for weight loss, digestion and immunity.
🥕🌿 Methi Gajar Ki Sabzi – Ingredients
1. Vegetables
• 500 grams carrot (gajar), sliced
• 300 grams green peas (matar)
• 200 grams fresh fenugreek leaves (methi), cleaned & chopped
• 150 grams potato, diced
• 2 onions, sliced
• 1 tomato, finely chopped
• 1 fresh green garlic, chopped
• Ginger-garlic-green chilli chopped
2. Oil & Whole Spices
• 1 ladle oil
• Some curry leaves
• 1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
• A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
3. Spices & Seasoning
• 1 tsp salt (or to taste)
• 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
• 1/4 tsp red chilli powder
• 1/4 tsp black pepper powder
• 1/4 tsp garam masala
