21/2 tsp yeast
3 cups warm water
1/4 cup sugar
1 tbs salt
3 tbs butter
9-10 cups flour.
Mix, then knead until very smooth and not sticky. Put in oiled bowl and cover to rise until doubled, punch down and divide into 2 loaves. Roll out the dough then roll it back up into bread shape, put in bread pan, brush with butter and allow to rise another hour. Bake at 405 for 30-35 minutes or until bread is browned and sounds hollow!
Remove from bread pan as soon as possible so it doesn't get soggy from the steam
