In this wrap-up, I share how I evaluate professional development books using four lenses:

⭐ Adult Learner / Higher Ed Transfer
Because not every good book translates into good institutional design — and part of this channel is doing that translation work together.
We also revisit an important tension in the book’s framing around “barriers” like impulsivity, procrastination, and laziness — and why deficit language matters when we’re talking about the students we serve.
