1. Dumbbell Bench Flat Press 1 and a Half Pulse
2. Barbell Staggered Straight Leg Deadlifts
3. Step Trainer Kettlebell Deep Alt Reverse Lunge
4. Sandbag Hip Thrusters
5. Spiderman Push Up
6. Chin Up Underhand Grip
7. Dumbbell Front Squat + 3 Second Pause
8. Barbell Bentover Row Underhand Grip
9. Sled Rope Pull and Push Away
