Hey Everyone! In today's video, we are looking at how to make Sydney's Omelette from the Disney+ show The BEAR season 2.
It's a great and fun twist on the classical french omelette, very creamy and with a nice crispy texture from the potatoe chips!
It's very easy to do, please give it a go!
Recipe:
-3 eggs
-Boursin cheese
-sourcream and onion potatoe chips of your choice
-finely cut chives
-a bit of butter for cooking and making the omelette shiny
-freshly cracked blacked pepper
