Hey Everyone! In today's video you will learn how to make amazingly delicious Madeleines! Fluffy, warm and buttery goodness! They are best eaten piping hot straight out of the oven, however it's fine if you wanna pre-bake them. Don't worry to much about the moulds, if you don't have the madeleine moulds, just use what you have at home, a muffin tray will do just fine!

Recipe:
-120g butter
-30g honey
-100g sugar
-pinch of salt
-120g flour
-4g baking powder
-3 large eggs (at room temperature)
-vanilla
-lemon zest (optionally orange zest, cinnamon, cardamom, brown sugar, miso etc.)
-icing sugar to finish
