Dark chocolate (55–65%) – 120 g
Hot cream – 80 ml
Instant coffee – ½ to 1 tsp (to taste)
Butter – 10 g
Instructions:
Coffee Cake with Coffee Chocolate Ganache – Step by Step Recipe
1️⃣ Prepare the coffee
Dissolve the instant coffee in boiling water, stir well, and set aside to cool slightly.
2️⃣ Whisk eggs and sugar
In a large bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar, and vanilla until light, pale in color, and fluffy.
3️⃣ Add wet ingredients
Add yogurt, milk, and oil to the mixture and mix gently until well combined.
4️⃣ Incorporate dry ingredients
Sift in the flour, baking powder, and salt. Mix until the batter is smooth and lump-free.
5️⃣ Add coffee mixture
Pour the prepared coffee into the batter and mix gently until fully incorporated.
