Chooza chicken is famous all around Kenya. It is a spring chicken marinated with spices and then barbecued. I grill it in the oven for ease and it still tastes out of this world!
I brine the chicken first. Brining the chicken helps to keep the chicken juicy after it is cooked.
This chicken is spicy, tangy and super juicy. The marinade is well balanced and the sauce accompanies it very well.
