Welcome to this entire body slow flow to help you stretch your lower body and back building strength, flexibility, and stillness in the mind. In this 40 minute practice we will:
Stretch the hips, twist to stretch side and back muscles, stretch shoulders, open the lower back, stretch lower legs and hamstrings, and work on spinal mobility. Our peak pose will be pyramid and revolved pyramid getting a super release of the back, hips and torso muscles along with a great hamstring stretch.
Props optional:Blocks and a yoga strap(or tie)
