Char Kway Teow is one of the favourite dish in Singapore. A mixture of rice noodles and egg noodles. Stir fried over Hi heat with bean sprouts, eggs, Lap Cheong (Chinese Sausage) and croutons of pork lard, garlic, dark soy sauce and chilli added to the smoky flavour.
This stall gives the best Char Kway Teow that will warm the cockles of your heart. Definitely a MUST to try.
