This 10-minute somatic daily practice is designed to gently support nervous system regulation, grounding, and a sense of inner safety. Through slow, intuitive movement and conscious breathing, this practice helps release held tension and invites your body out of survival mode and back into connection.
This is a soft, accessible practice you can return to daily — especially during moments of stress, overwhelm, emotional fatigue, or when your system feels dysregulated. Nothing needs to be pushed or forced. You’re invited to move slowly, pause often, and listen deeply to what your body needs in each moment.
This practice invites you to:

✨ Release stored tension through gentle somatic movement
✨ Cultivate safety, grounding, and presence in the body

This practice is trauma-informed, meaning choice, self-agency, and nervous system awareness are always prioritized. You’re encouraged to modify movements, take breaks, or rest whenever needed. Healing happens gently, in your own rhythm.
