Awaken your body, mind, and nervous system with this 30-minute trauma-informed restorative yoga practice 🌿
This deeply nourishing class is designed to help you unwind after a busy or overwhelming day, gently guiding your body out of stress and into rest. Through fully supported restorative poses, conscious breathing, and long moments of stillness, you’re invited to soften, recharge, and feel held.
This is not about stretching or doing more—it’s about allowing your system to settle. Nothing is forced. Everything is optional. You’re encouraged to rest, adapt, or pause whenever you need.
This practice supports:
✨ Nervous system regulation and deep relaxation
✨ Releasing accumulated stress and emotional tension
✨ Recharging depleted energy without stimulation
✨ Creating a felt sense of safety and grounding in the body
✨ Letting go of the day and returning to yourself
This class is trauma-informed, meaning choice, autonomy, and self-regulation are always prioritized. You are welcome to move slowly, skip poses, or simply rest. Healing unfolds in your own time.
🧘♀️ Props recommended: bolster or pillows, blankets, and anything that helps you feel comfortable and supported.
