ingredients I used...
3 KG of Fish
1 kg of red red tomatoes
Mustard oil as per requirement
Spices ..Black cardamoms 2 ,4 green cardamoms, cinnamon stick ,cumin seeds half table spoon, coriander seeds half table spoon, few cloves and black pepper seeds,kashmiri red chilly powder 2 spoons ,fennel powder 2 table spoons, Gharam masala powder 1table Spoon, salt as per taste
For marination ..2 table spoon turmeric powder and salt
Kashmiri homemade masala tikki 2 spoons
little dry Fenugreek leaves
