Ingredients I used...
Chicken 1 and a half kg
Basmati rice 1 kg long
Onions 7
Tomatoes 3
Garlic pieces 12 and 1 piece small ginger
Mustard oil 5 spoons
Saffron stands few
Spices ....few cloves ,black pepper seeds , cinnamon sticks 2 ,Black cardamoms ,cumin seeds 1 table spoon ,bay leaves 5 ,green cardamoms few ,Red chilli powder 2 spoons , turmeric powder 1 table spoon, coriander powder 2 table spoon,Fennel powder 2 table spoons ,salt as per taste
