Geraldine Dobyns is known to have composed three rags, this being her first and best-known. I would rate this as a classic rag. It was published by her then employer, O.K. Houck, in Memphis, Tennessee in 1907. It also appeared in the CD "Fluffy Ruffle Girls - Women in Ragtime" by Virginia Eskin. I have been or will be featuring most of the titles from that CD in this current series.

This is a reproduction of the original score. Only changes made were to add a flat to the third left-hand chord at measure 83 and a flat to the D in the final right-hand chord at measure 93.
