Join us on an unforgettable journey from the east of Iceland to the charming northern town of Húsavík! 🚗💨 Along the way, we discovered stunning waterfalls and breathtaking Icelandic landscapes 🌿⛰️.
We checked into the cozy Fosshotel Húsavík, right in the heart of town, and set out to explore everything this seaside village has to offer. From the fascinating Whale Museum, where the kids picked out fishing boat souvenirs (red & blue 🚤) and a cuddly stuffed seal 🦭, to the scenic harbor filled with colorful boats — it was a day full of magic and learning.
We ended our adventure at Hérna, a lovely local coffee shop, with delicious hot chocolate and traditional Icelandic pönnukökur (pancakes with whipped cream and jelly) ☕🥞.
