CORIANDER GARLIC CHUTNEY | CORIANDER CHUTNEY | DHANIA LASOON CHUTNEY | CILANTRO RELISH | PACHAMAALA FOOD TRAILS
Ingredients:
Garlic Cloves - 15 cloves
Green Chillies - 6 nos
Fresh Coriander leaves - 2 bunches
Coconut Oil - 3 tbsp
Preparation:
Cut the green chilles into halves
Slit the garlic into halves
Cut the coriander into 5 inch including the stalks
Process:
Heat oil in a kadai or pan and add the garlic, sautee for a bit on low heat and add the green chillies
Let the garlic turn slightly brown and then add in the coriander leaves
Continue to mix well on low heat to ensue it does not burn, once the leaves have wilted, switch of the flame and remove contents into a plate and allow it to cool
Once cooled add them in a mixie and grind coarsely adding 1/4 tsp o salt and 1/4 tsp o lime juice
Remove into a serving dish, add a tbsp of coconut oil
Serve as an accompaniment with roti or rice meals
