**ADOBONG KANGKONG WITH TOMATO RECIPE**
1 Large bunch Kangkong , washed/cleaned (other name: Water spinach, Ongchoy ,Pad pak boong)
2 Tbsp Olive oil, or any cooking oil
1 medium size chopped onion
3 cloves chopped garlic
2-3 Tbsp soy sauce
1 Tbsp or more oyster sauce
2 medium size ripe tomato
6-8 pcs. peppercorn
1 bay leaf
