Описание: 30 Minute Advanced Deep Core Workout with Side Plank Variations

This 30-minute advanced deep core workout focuses on side plank variations, designed to strengthen the core for those with osteoporosis or osteopenia. Follow along as we work to improve your core stability and strength with safe and effective exercises. On-screen modifications are provided to ensure each move is adapted for your needs, making this workout accessible and beneficial.

This is Part 4 of our Deep Core Workout Series, aimed at advancing the foundation you've built in the first three workouts. We’ll focus on getting your deep core muscles activated while adding intensity with side planks and double leg lifts.

Workout Modifications:
If any exercises feel too challenging, modify or revisit the previous three workouts in the series to continue building strength at your pace. Being honest with yourself is key to making steady progress!

This workout is also safe for advanced Diastasis Recti recovery, provided you've completed the prior workouts and have mastered core pressure control. If you’re unsure, leave a comment, and I’ll help you assess your readiness.

Tips for Osteoporosis and Osteopenia:
Keep your back straight during exercises where a cue is given to avoid rounding. Rotating around a neutral spine is beneficial for joint health and safe for maintaining core strength.
