Welcome to another practice in the Yin Yoga for Over 60+ Series. This session is deeply healing as it focuses on the lower back, bone strength, inner balance and calm. You'll find it designed to increase circulation, Qi flow through the meridians (the energy channels of the body), all while helping to regulate changing hormones and enhance mobility, longevity and overall health-span.
It's made with seniors like us in mind!
As we mature, the movement required to nourish the mind, body and spirit changes. This session is here to support those changes and bring all of us closer to a calm, joyous life of ease and well-being.
Here, we support the lower spine, activate the upper body, and stimulate the hands, feet, legs, and pelvis as we deepen the breath and bring tranquillity to the mind. By the end of this 20-minute home practice, you'll feel refreshed, calm and revived. Ready for a whole new day (or a peaceful night's sleep!)
