Join me in this gentle yet invigorating morning mobility yoga practice to start the day. This session is specifically designed to balance the flow of Qi energy on both sides of the body and includes some of my favourite Yoga asanas.
Even if you are over 60, as long as your health care professional signs off, you are good to go with this practice.
It's going to improve your health-span and longevity! Also, it's perfect for continuing to open up the meridian channels to enhance your New Year of the Fire Horse energy.
In this home practice, we vitalise the body, refresh the mind and conjure feelings of optimism, gratitude and opportunity to uplift the spirit.
