Let's start moving & keep moving because we don't have to sit still and try to quieten our mind to meditate! We can meditate & move at the same time!🤩
Our brain can be a very busy place where a lot of thoughts might be going around in full speed. So let's bring our awareness to our breath & sensations in our body to free our mind. 😊
Focus on your slow breath in and out through your nose. Be attune to how your body is feeling. Where do you feel the stretch in your body? How does it feel? At the same time, notice which body parts are going where?😆 There are so many things to pay attention to as we breath and move along so we can be more present in this moment.
