This is my authentic morning practice - exactly what I do every day at 6:30 AM. Rooted in traditional Hatha yoga and Ayurvedic wisdom.
In this video, I share my complete 40-minute morning routine including:

The other practices (Deep Breathing, Anulom Vilom, Bhramari, Meditation) are gentle and safe for most people. Always listen to your body and consult your healthcare provider if unsure.

Dinacharya is the Sanskrit word for "daily routine." In Ayurveda and yoga tradition, following a consistent morning routine aligns you with the natural rhythms of nature, purifies your body and mind, and sets the foundation for a balanced, healthy life.
