Welcome to Day 2 of our 3-day back-building series, where the focus shifts to cable work and vertical pulling for deeper activation, control, and muscle detail. These movements help reinforce mind–muscle connection while building real back strength.
• FitVision Series
Clip 5 – Bent-Over Cable Row (Upper-Back Focus)
• Maintain a strong hip hinge and stable spine
• Pull toward the upper torso
• Drive elbows back while keeping the chest steady
• Squeeze the mid-back hard at the top
Clip 6 – Wide-Grip Cable Row (Rear-Delt Focus)
• Wide grip with elbows flared
• Pull outward and back to spread the upper back
• Use slow, controlled reps
• Finish the rear delts with constant tension
Clip 7 – Wide-Grip Lat Pulldown
• Pull with your elbows, not your hands
• Keep the chest tall throughout the movement
• Squeeze the lats hard at the bottom for full activation
Clip 8 – Wide-Grip Pull-Up
• Start from an active hang
• Control every rep and avoid swinging
• Build true back strength through strict movement
