BISCOFF SUNDAE
Ingredients
Biscuit spread 250 gm
Whippy whip cream 150 gm
Heavy cream 150 gm
Vanilla sponge as required
Biscuits for garnish
Method
Beat the whippy whip cream. Add in heavy cream and beat well. In the cup base add the vanilla sponge and add biscuit spread. Layer the second layer with cream batter and add biscuit spread on top. Lastly garnish with biscuits and serve.
