In this video, I share with you some of the exact moves that have helped me get in the best shape of my life!
**If you want to fast forward to the workout, it starts at: 3:41.**
All WORK moves have modifications. You may want to have a stabilization/balance/performance bar for this routine as some of the moves are tricky without them. If at any time you need to use the modifications, do so. Please discontinue movement immediately or modify if you have any pain or discomfort.

IMPORTANT DISCLAIMER: This workout is recommended for cellerciser use only, due to the intensity of some of the moves and the need for a high-quality rebounder. These moves are created by Dave Hall, of cellercise.com; however, this video is intended to share my own utilization of some of the cellercise moves. The user shall seek all medical screenings necessary or as required before starting any new exercise program such as this.

The workout includes:
3-minute WARM-UP
40 seconds lung strengthener
20 seconds rest
40 seconds jog to a sprint (including 10-second warm up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds Jamba jog and Jamba run (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds front leg kicks (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds back leg kicks (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds lung strengthener (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds Jamba jog and Jamba run (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds jog to a sprint (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds front leg kicks (including 10-second warm-up)
20 seconds rest
40 seconds back leg kicks (including 10-second warm-up)
Two minute cool down
