Описание: “The Other Mind” is a powerful short film based on my true story of living with OCD, aka Obsessive Compulsive Disorder.

My story: I was an assistant editor a Netflix series when crippling, unfamiliar thoughts hijacked my brain. Producers gave me a few months to “figure it out” or be fired. Every doctor misdiagnosed me, and I thought my Hollywood dream was over—until relentless research and the right specialist finally put a name to it: OCD.

Hollywood often gets OCD wrong, so I set out to show what this hellish nightmare actually feels like. Making this film gave me hope, helped me win my battle, and even brought me back—to the very top—working on my dream show, HBO’s “Euphoria.” Huge thank‑you to the entire Euphoria post‑production family for their support.

What is OCD? A chronic disorder marked by uncontrollable, re‑occurring thoughts (obsessions) and repetitive behaviors (compulsions) you feel forced to perform. It’s exhausting, isolating, and wildly misunderstood.
